For undergraduate students, the MIS area offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analytics and Information Management through the business school. Purdue’s Master of Science degree in Business Analytics and Information Management (MSBAIM) teaches cutting-edge data analysis techniques. Through 36 credit hours of rigorous, STEM-focused coursework, students develop skills in applications such as Python, SQL, R, Hadoop, and more, all of which are instrumental to success in the technology-driven field of MIS. The online Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program guides students through 30 credit hours of coursework in analytical techniques and technical application training. Fully online, the MSBA program gives students the freedom to learn from renowned faculty and complete rigorous curriculum in a remote environment.
