Boeing Defense, Space & Security

Craig Saddler was named Vice President of Finance and Controller for Boeing Defense, Space & Security in February 2011. Most recently he served as vice president and chief financial officer of Boeing Network and Space Systems, where he was responsible for all financial related activities for the six divisions of BN&SS. Prior to this appointment, Saddler was vice president, International and president of Boeing Australia, in which capacity he pursued new growth and productivity initiatives, led the country strategy planning process and coordinated company activities in Australia.

Before joining Boeing Australia, Mr. Saddler was the vice president of business for the 787 program at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Previously, he served as the Boeing Shared Services Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the group's financial operations, including asset management and charging policy. At the same time, he served as president of Boeing Travel Management Program, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, and interim president of Boeing Realty Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary.

Prior to his Boeing career, Mr. Saddler held various positions at McDonnell Douglas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University and Master of Science degree in engineering Management from the University of Missouri, Rolla. He previously served on the executive committee of the Bellevue, Wash., Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2001 to 2007.  While in Australia, he was president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia, a member of the Board of Directors for the Australian-American Fulbright Commission and the Boeing executive focal for the University of Queensland.  He has been a member on the board of trustees for the St. Louis Symphony since November 2011.
