Article II: Responsibilities and Expectations
KSAA Board Members will be expected to make an annual financial contribution of his/her choice to the Krannert School of Management.
Board Members are encouraged to maintain an active membership in the Purdue Alumni Association (PAA).
It is expected that Board Members attend semi-annual board meetings. It is required that each Board Member serve as an active participant on at least one committee throughout the duration of her/his respective term.
The KSAA Board will sponsor additional activities which promote the purposes of the Krannert School of Management. These activities will be identified and listed in current term operating plan. (Please see Addendum I. KSAA Current Term Operating Plan)
Such activities may include providing support for:
- The Leadership Speaker Series Event
- Case competitions
- ELI opportunities
- Sponsorship of specific conferences by discipline
- The undergraduate Doster Leadership Conference
- Serve as a Guest Lecturer in board member's area of expertise
- Assist in recruitment of volunteers and future board members
All volunteers for Purdue University must complete and submit a Volunteer Policy Form as required by Purdue University. Each individual will be screened to ensure a safe environment for work, study, and outreach for all Purdue constituents.
