Mary Pat Meade is the Global Quality Manager for the Connection Systems Business Unit of Delphi's Packard Electrical/Electronic Architecture Division (Delphi-E/EA).  In this role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of global quality systems in more than 20 connections systems manufacturing plants located in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, China, Korea, India, Spain, Morocco, Germany, Austria, and Hungary.

Her career with General Motors Packard Electric Division began in Warren, Ohio, in 1976, after graduating from Purdue University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a Master's of Science in Management from the Krannert School.  Ms. Meade has held positions in marketing, industrial engineering, manufacturing, strategic planning, and quality. In 2009, she was appointed to her current position.

Ms. Meade has addressed numerous student groups at Purdue's Krannert School as well as undergraduate and graduate classes on topics such as women in business, team building, and networking.  She has participated as a team leader at two Doster Leadership Forums. In 2011, she received the Krannert School Distinguished Service Award.
