Tom Arenberg retired from Accenture after 34 years in the consulting industry.  At the time of his retirement, he was a Senior Executive and the Managing Director of the Milwaukee office, as well as the Director of Quality for the Products North America Operating Group.  He has worked with a wide range of clients, including Harley-Davidson, Case-New Holland, Johnson Controls, Miller Brewing, Tombstone Pizza, Kohler and Rockwell Automation.  He has extensive experience working with manufacturers and dealer organizations to identify and implement improvements in quality, customer service, manufacturing operations and information technology.  

 Mr. Arenberg is a frequent speaker for many organizations, including the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), the National Association of Purchasing Management and the Planning Executives Institute.  He has been a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), APICS, and is certified by APICS in production and inventory management.  He has also written numerous business improvement articles for publications such as the Milwaukee Journal and Information Week

 Mr. Arenberg is active in local community organizations.  He is on the Board of Directors for the Children's Hospital and Health System Foundation, and is currently the head of the Policy Committee.  In addition he is the Board President for the Next Door Foundation, an organization serving the inner city of Milwaukee.  He is on the Board of Wiscraft Industries, an organization that provides manufacturing employment for the sight impaired.   

 He is a graduate of Purdue University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1974 and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Administration from the Krannert School in 1975.
