Tom Aliff is a Senior Vice President-US Data and Analytics- with Equifax. Tom consults with and develops insight driven solutions for organizations on the use of data and predictive analytics to drive decisions throughout the relationship lifecycle spanning marketing, credit, commercial, insurance, and fraud. Tom is a double Purdue Boilermaker graduating with an undergraduate degree in Mathematics in Statistics and also a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics.
Tim is currently Senior Director, Information Technology at Eli Lilly and Company, where he is responsible for driving IT strategy and solution delivery for the Medicines Development Unit. In this role, Tim directs a global portfolio of change initiatives and IT programs in partnership with senior business and research executives for global regulatory affairs, global patient safety, and product research & development.
Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and Computer Science from Purdue University and his Master of Management (MBA) degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Aaron Lai, CFA, is the Senior Manager of Market Analytics of Blue Shield of California in San Francisco and formerly a VP and Senior Quantitative Research Associate of the Bank of America. He has over 15 years’ experience in consumer analytics and credit risk management. In addition to dozens of publications in academic journals, professional magazines, and technical books, he has also presented in many international conferences and received several patents. He has two B.Sc. (Finance from City University of Hong Kong and Management Studies from University of London), as well as a MBA from Purdue and two M.Sc. from Oxford (Sociology and Evidence-based Healthcare).
Mark Lalley is a highly qualified executive with over twenty-five years of experience deploying technology to improve operational effectiveness in the areas of strategic planning, sales and fulfillment execution, supply chain and financial accounting effectiveness. Mark has a proven track record identifying and integrating commercial market opportunities with leading edge technology. Mark is currently the VP and CIO of United Technologies Climate, Controls & Security. Mark received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1998.
Landon Lockhart is a 2003 graduate of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with a B.S. in Industrial Management and a 2016 graduate of University of Notre Dame – Mendoza with a M.S. in Business Analytics. Landon has spent the past 3 years working for GE Transportation. Currently he is the Manager of Service Analytics in Data/Software/Analytics, but has held previous roles as the Manager, Prognostics in Product Development and was a Services Analytics Leader in Program and Product Management.

Rajiv Phougat is a Technical Strategy Leader at IBM Watson, focused on designing Cognitive and Artificial Intelligence Solutions for global clients.
He is also the founding Chairman of Technical Sales Leadership Council (An IBM Academy of Technology Affiliate) where he helps cultivate the world-class architects & technical sales leaders. He is a Board Member of The Open Group IT Architect Certification Authority and IBM Thought Leader Architect Certification Board.

Jim Young is a 1992 graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a B.S. in Finance and a 1994 graduate of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with an MBA in Finance and Accounting. Jim spent over 5 years with Allstate as their Director of Business Intelligence and over 2 years as a Director with United Devices before assuming his current role of over 7 years as Vice President of Business Intelligence and Analytics with Travelers Insurance.
