Sharlee Lyons graduated from Taylor University with a BS in English Education and from Ball State University with a MA in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education. Sharlee is a student success professional and teacher at heart. She served as a corporate trainer at Brightpoint, Inc. and was the Training Manager at Purdue Federal Credit Union. After leaving the credit union, Sharlee founded The People Business, Inc., her own training and consulting firm. She served as the Director of Public Relations and Marketing at The United Way of Greater Lafayette for 3 years and has worked with students at Huntington University and Purdue University. She joined the Krannert staff in June 2014 and works with undergraduate and graduate students and staff on personal and professional leadership development. Her mission in life is to be an encouragement to others and help them realize their strengths and potential.
Debbi Bearden graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Communications. She is the Coordinator of Management Honors and Direct Admit Programs. Debbi advises KLA students on plans of study, registration, course selection, graduation and career planning. She also advises prospective KLA students on career choices within Krannert. Debbi is the Krannert representative and advisor for the Honors College and KLA Learning Community. She is the sponsor to the Executive Student Board (ESB), planning events for the KLA Learning Communities. She is a member of both PACADA and NACADA. She has received the School of Management Outstanding Advisor Award, Purdue Student Government (PSG) Outstanding Advisor Award and the PACADA Advisor of the Year Award. Debbi's passion is helping undergraduate students achieve their educational dreams.

Taylor Weast graduated from Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis with a BS in General Studies and graduated from Indiana University with an MS Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs. She serves as an academic advisor for the Krannert Leaders Academy. She works with students in the Krannert Leaders Academy regarding degree planning, leadership development, and helps students ensure that they make the most of their time spent as a student at Purdue.

Dr. Julia Kalish has taught an array of courses including Business Ethics, Leadership Strategies, Project Management, Operations Management, Critical Thinking, and Small Group Communication. In the spring of 2014, she was voted the Best Professor on Campus in the student newspaper's Reader's Choice Awards and was voted the Best Undergraduate Teacher at Krannert. Dr. Kalish has recently taken on the role as a lead instructor for the KLA, revised the Introduction to Management course for all Krannert freshmen, and is developing new experiential classes to be offered in spring 2017.
