The Krannert School of Management at Purdue University invites applications for the position of Clinical Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources to begin with the Fall Semester 2014. Consideration will be given to appointments to Assistant, Associate or Full Clinical Professor depending upon candidate’s experience and qualifications. The primary responsibilities include a leadership role in our Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) program or similar service leadership and developing and teaching HR and OB courses in our graduate and undergraduate programs. Opportunities for directing specialized courses in experiential learning and/or teaching in executive programs may also be available. Candidates are expected to hold a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field. Brock Family Chair in Strategic Management

The Krannert School of Management at Purdue University is seeking a faculty member for the Brock Family Chair in Strategic Management at the Associate or Full Professor rank to begin Fall 2014. Candidates with research and teaching expertise in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship are strongly preferred. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in strategic management or closely-related field. Job duties will include teaching in undergraduate and graduate programs and conducting research in area of expertise. Assistant/Associate Professor in Accounting

The Krannert School of Management invites applicants for a tenure-track appointment in accounting beginning Fall 2014. Rank is at either the assistant or associate professor level. All candidates should have a PhD in accounting, management, or closely-related field. Candidates for an assistant professor position should exhibit the capacity for research publishable in top-tier accounting journals and excellence in teaching. Candidates who expect to earn their PhD by Fall 2014 will be considered. Candidates for an associate professor position should have an established record of excellence in research, teaching, and service. A tenured associate professor appointment is possible for a candidate with an established record of excellence in research, evidence of national and international visibility, excellence in teaching and service and evidence of participation in doctoral student research and mentoring. The successful candidate will teach financial or managerial accounting or accounting information systems to undergraduate and/or graduate students, conduct research in their field of expertise, and participate in other school activities. Opportunities to teach in the executive program may also be available to candidates with prior teaching experience. We offer a competitive compensation package. Assistant/Associate Professor in Applied Microeconomics and Operations Management

Purdue University is seeking a tenure-track faculty member at the Assistant, advanced Assistant or Associate level, with the position beginning August, 2014. The position is joint between the Economics Department and the Management (Operations) Department, both located in Purdue's Krannert School of Management. The successful applicant is expected to have teaching and research interests that complement both the faculty in Economics and the faculty in Operations Management. In particular, a successful candidate will be expected to carry out research, supervise Ph.D. dissertation research, and teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels in both Economics and Operations Management. The position requires a strong background in empirical methodologies and a Ph.D. in Management (Operations), Economics, or closely related field. Candidates with interests in areas such as healthcare, manufacturing planning, service systems and sustainable operations are particularly encouraged to apply.

A successful candidate will have evidence of potential (Assistant-level) or demonstrated (advanced Assistant / Associate level) research excellence and a commitment to teaching. Assistant/Associate Professor in Management Information Systems

The Krannert School of Management at Purdue University invites applications for a tenure-track/tenured faculty position in Management Information Systems (MIS) beginning in mid-August 2014 at the assistant or associate professor level. A Ph.D. in MIS or a closely related area is required by the start of employment. Evidence of high-quality research and teaching is desired. Responsibilities for the position will include conducting research, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, and participating in course/curriculum development and other school activities.
