Food Security: Feeding the World in 2050, a fireside chat by Purdue President Mitch Daniels with introductions by Krannert alumnae Carolyn Woo, Distinguished President's Fellow for Global Development, will feature a discussion on- topics ranging from better nutrition, improved postharvest care of food, better distribution and governments that work effectively.

The event will be held in celebration of World Food Day on Monday, Oct. 16 from 2:30 to 3:30 pm in Fowler Hall, Stewart Center. Panelists include Chris Policinski, President and CEO of Land O'Lakes Inc., and Sean Callahan President- and CEO of Catholic Relief Services.
