| Other Requirements | The Faculty Review Committee is unlikely to approve admission unless there is convincing evidence that the student will be an asset to the program. A written petition from the student that provides such evidence is expected. This petition should include responses to the following three questions (in 500 words or less): a) How would admission to upper division help you achieve near-term and long-term goals? b) How would admission improve the program and your fellow students’ experiences? and c) What are some examples that demonstrate your leadership skills. One approach to answering the third question is to demonstrate understanding and mastery of the Launching Business Leaders (LBL) competencies and show significant progress on developing an LBL portfolio. |
* Pre-calculus courses are not required for the MAI or plan of study. However, pre-calculus will be included in the MAI GPA calculation for those students who take it.
** A maximum of three MAI courses may be retaken. MAI courses may be taken no more than two times
*** Students who meet these minimum requirements will be reviewed by a Management faculty committee to determine whether space is available and sufficient cause exists to be admitted to the upper level Management Division.
