Since its dedication in 2012, the newly renovated Roland G. Parrish Library of Management and Economics has become a favorite study spot for students. The library features state-of-the-art technology, collaborative learning spaces, conference rooms, the Leadership Communication Center and a café.
It is named after Krannert alum Roland Parrish, who earned a bachelor's degree in industrial management in 1975 and a master's degree in management in 1976. "Purdue helped me get where I am in life today, so I am honored to be in a position to help others achieve their dreams," says Parrish, a McDonald’s Owner/Operator and the Chair and CEO of the National Black McDonald’s Operators Association.
Located on the second floor of the Krannert Building, the Parrish Library is open 24 hours Monday-Thursday, until 8 p.m. on Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and opens at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
