Supply Chain and Operations Management

The Supply Chain and Operations Management area at the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business builds on the knowledge of experienced faculty to nurture graduates who are prepared to lead in the supply chain industry. The area offers undergraduate, master’s, and PhD level programs and robust outside-the-classroom experiences through research centers and faculty-directed experiential learning projects.

Research

Faculty in the Supply Chain and Operations Management area focus their research on logistics, sourcing and procurement, ethical and sustainable supply chain management and more, and have been published in journals like Management Science, Production and Operations Management, the Journal of Supply Chain Management and Decision Sciences.

Centers and Initiatives

Students involved with the Supply Chains and Operations Management area at the Daniels School of Business have the opportunity to go beyond traditional learning by working on projects and collaborating with industry experts. Opportunities for outside-the-classroom learning are offered through very active research centers and student organizations.
