The Strategic Management area at the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business uses the expertise of its distinguished faculty to develop leaders who are equipped with the knowledge and ability for high-level, strategic decision making in a variety of industries.

We build upon program curricula by offering undergraduates and master's students valuable student employment opportunities at the Daniels School as research assistants, teaching assistants, and more.

Undergraduate

Our General Management program gives undergraduates a solid foundation in business principles and a springboard from which to specialize as they prepare for a wide variety of career paths. The General Management plan of study offers a seamless transition to our master's program in Human Resource Management in a unique combined degree program

Through rigorous study spanning economics, sociology and political science, students in the PhD program prepare to make crucial strategic decisions that can determine the future of a firm. With robust research, teaching and communication experiences, PhD graduates go on to the top of the strategic management field, both in industry and academia. Umit Ozmel is the academic director of our PhD program in Strategic Management.
