Kendell Abrams is a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant at Acorio, which is a cloud consultancy firm 100% focused on ServiceNow. Clients of Acorio leverage the company’s unique proficiency in user experience and integration frameworks to drive adoption and ultimately lead themselves to become world-class Enterprise Service Management organizations. As a business analyst Kendell identifies operational inefficiencies and creates automated workflows to streamline improved processes for customers.
She graduated from Krannert in 2016 with Bachelors of Science in Management and Marketing and a minor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. While at Purdue she was actively involved with Krannert School of Management Council, Delta Sigma Pi, and Residential Life. Kendell is also an alumni of Orr Fellowship, a non-profit entrepreneurial program that fills the pipeline for the Indianapolis tech community by pairing recent graduates with local technology companies.
In addition to Krannert School Alumni Association, Kendell is on the TechPoint Foundation for Youth Board serving as a co-chair for the Asset Development Committee. Some of her personal hobbies include running, gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband and their friends.
