Brion St.Amour is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group. He assists clients in drafting patent applications and responses to official office actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also helps clients whose patents have been challenged in litigation proceedings, conducts intellectual property audits and coordinates projects working directly with in-house counsel of large corporate clients. He received his juris doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2004, where he competed in Moot Court, served as vice justice for Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, served as president of the Law and Technology Association, and worked on the Student Bar Association. He is actively involved in EPICS (Engineering Projects In Community Service) at Purdue University where lectures to the group on intellectual property topics and serves as a contest judge. Mr. St.Amour is registered as a patent attorney, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office in patent cases. He also is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
