My goal after I receive my MBA from the Krannert School of Management is to enter the consulting industry to become a management consultant with a major consulting house working within its aerospace and defense practice. I believe my advanced degrees and military experience would make me an attractive third-party consultant on government projects. Many times, consultants working in this industry inevitably deal with sensitive material. Thus, I believe my US Secret Clearance would also be put to good use in this capacity.
My concentrations at the Krannert School of Management will be operations management and strategic management. Moreover, I am a member of the Krannert Graduate Student Association, Operations Management Club and Entrepreneurship Club. My student experience at Krannert will provide me with the knowledge and skills to make a successful transition from engineer to businessman.
