Gerry Sims - B.S Management Purdue 2009

Gerry Sims

Gerry Sims, a Purdue graduate with a B.S in Management from Purdue, who is currently getting his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA - Class of 2019, is a recipient of the John Wooden leadership award for being an exceptional leader. During Gerry’s undergrad days, he worked as a Graduate Assistant at the DCMME (Dauch Center for the Management of Manufacturing Enterprises). One of his projects assigned to him while working at the DCMME was an Indiana Agricultural Supply Chain Project, where he did research on supply chain processes in the agriculture industry in Indiana. He has served as a US Marine and worked his way up to become an officer through OCS - Officer Cadet School. His fellow Boilermakers at the DCMME are proud to see what he’s been able to accomplish and for being recognized for the John Wooden Award. He is an example of what a leader should be.
