Process

Process is the way work gets done in business and especially in a manufacturing factory. Each process in a factory has a defined starting point and a defined ending point with multiple steps in the middle that are performed by humans, machines or in most cases a combination of humans and machines. As manufacturers move into the new normal, it will be more important than ever to make processes not only more efficient by reducing waste, but to also seek ways to reduce the risk of infection spreading across the factory.
