Steve Shelby joined the business school as the Director of the Larsen Leaders Academy in January 2020. Steve began his Purdue career in 1996, in the College of Agriculture, and has since worked in the University Development Office, Discovery Park, and Purdue Polytechnic Lafayette. Most recently he was on loan from Purdue to Conexus Indiana, focusing on workforce training for the manufacturing industry.
Originally from Lafayette, Steve is also part of a family farm operation that has been in Tippecanoe County since 1828. Prior to Purdue, Steve was in banking, specializing in the automotive sector. A graduate of Hanover College, he also holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Brad Alge is an award-winning associate Professor of Management. In addition to teaching courses in organizational behavior, leadership and human resource management, he has done consulting for several major corporations.
A member of Notre Dame's national championship football team in 1988, Professor Alge serves as a local high school football coach. He earned his doctorate from Ohio State.

April Morris joined the Larsen Leaders Academy Staff after spending several years in Enrollment Management and recruitment, most recently as the Recruitment Manager for the College of Liberal Arts. She believes a rich connection to campus and community is vital for students to succeed at Purdue.
