Navigating Gender Issues in the Workplace
This survey course has four objectives:
1. To increase self-awareness and understand its value in managing careers
2. To learn how implicit bias may affect workplace experiences
3. To develop strategies to deal with gender-related challenges
4. To lead effective, gender-aware teams.
By exploring these areas, students will develop new insights for managing their careers, and they will learn new leadership strategies to help their teams achieve higher levels of performance.
Talent, Gender and Diversity in Business (Graduate Course)
This graduate level course focuses on talent management of gender and diversity from an individual and organizational perspective. By the end of the class, students should be able to develop and implement strategies to effectively engage in talent management of gender and diversity in the workplace, including through the development of a career work life boundary and social and public/professional identity boundary management plan.
