Purdue Accounting Association

The purpose of the Accounting Association is to expose Purdue students to the accounting profession and to develop them as young professionals. We strive to educate our members about the vast amount of accounting opportunities through our professional events. We also provide a social setting for students to expand their educational and social boundaries through peer interaction, professional engagements, and community service. Our officers, committees, and active members work together to build our accounting opportunities and experience.

Contact Information: In regards to all of these events, please contact Genesis Tienstra, gtienst@purdue.edu.

Recognition and Branding: The sponsor will have the scholarship named after their company, have their logo on promotional material, and have priority scheduling events with us.

  • 3. Company Treks

Every year, Purdue Accounting Association seeks to support opportunities for members to travel to major cities for an on-site company visit with key corporate partners. We visited Chicago this past spring and hope to do so again this fall, as well as travel to Indianapolis! We hope to be able to visit our sponsors at least once during the year.

Recognition and Branding: Sponsored companies will have first priority when choosing an office to visit, have their logo on promotional material, have access to other PAA events, and be featured on our website.
