Prior to business school, Mr. Henry worked as a consultant for several years in the pharmaceutical industry. Using his participative and transformational leadership styles, Darren advised clients such as BioPort (Lansing, MI), Schering Plough Products (Manatí, Puerto Rico), and Eli Lilly (Indianapolis, IN) on best practices for validation and qualification processes.

Mr. Henry is a member of the National Black MBA Association, the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, and a board member for the Purdue Black Alumni Organization.
