B.S. summa cum laude, Business Information Systems, Indiana Wesleyan University (2010)

As a member of the Krannert Computing Center, Eric helps install, trouble-shoot and resolve hardware and software issues for new and existing workstations, printers, and peripherals. Provides day-to day technical planning and coordinating of computing needs for users of Windows-based desktop workstations. Provides direction to professional help-desk staff. Works with Asst. Dean and KCC staff to ensure effective and reliable technical support to School's users. Investigates and tests technology (software/hardware) and makes recommendations for desktop solutions to meet business needs.

Prior to joining the Krannert staff in 2001, Eric held several positions at Charter Behavioral Health Systems including: Technical Support Analyst in the corporate I.T. Department in Macon, Georgia; Data Processing Manager for the Midwest Regional Service Center in Louisville, Kentucky; and Data Processing Coordinator for the hospital in Lafayette, Indiana.

Eric is a CompTIA A+ Certified Service Professional, GIAC Certified Windows Security Administrator (GCWN), an IT Professional Member of the Computing Technology Industry Association and a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Scholastic Society.
