Thomas McDuffee

Management Education

Tom McDuffee retired as Senior VP Human Resources for Saint-Gobain Containers and had previously worked for RCA and GE in North America and Asia as well as two French companies. He was VP Human Resources for RCA in Taiwan and also had oversight responsibilities for South Korea and Japan.

Mr. McDuffee holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Relations, both from the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, and has been a long time recruiter of Krannert talent and guest lecturer. He was also a Partner of the Dauch Center for the Management of Manufacturing Enterprises and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) program. 

In 2004, Mr. McDuffee was the recipient of the Krannert Distinguished Service Award, and he is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resource Management. He has also served as a Board member and treasurer of the Asian Art Society of the Indianapolis Museum Art in Indianapolis and was a Board member of the Saint-Gobain Foundation for North America.
