9th International Purdue Symposium on Statistics

The International Purdue Symposium on Statistics is a venerable tradition, an event that has been held every five years at Purdue since the late 1960s (started by Professor Shanti Gupta), in an effort to further the development of the field of Statistics. The theme of the 9th International Purdue Symposium on Statistics is "Data Revolution: Opportunities and Challenges for Statistics." 

The 2018 Purdue Symposium will be made up of three and a half days of workshops/short courses, June 5-8, three days of sessions, June 6-8, and a variety of social activities.

Early bird discounted registration will last until Tuesday, May 15. Purdue Students and Postdocs will receive an automatic $50 discount on their registration when they use their Purdue email address. Additional discounts and scholarship opportunities are also available. Instructions for those who are interested are included on the registration page.
