Carmen Collier, Program Manager, Amazon

Ms. Collier has over 20 years of experience delivering executive-level consultation to information technology, construction, engineering, government, and manufacturing organizations. Her career experience includes creating engineering designs for subdivisions, implementing global customer relationship management systems, and conducting merger and acquisition reviews. Her career progression includes roles with the EDS, Cummins, Mortenson Construction and she recently joined Amazon in July 2019.

Active in her community, she has served as a mentor for the National Black MBA Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) program, Indianapolis Chapter and as the Director of Membership for the Twin Cities Chapter. She has also held leadership roles on numerous corporate diversity and inclusion committees.

Carmen has an MBA from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. She currently resides in Seattle, Washington and is a native of Warrensburg, Missouri.
