Dr. Henry E. Williams, Ph.D. is an Assistant Clinical Professor Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at Krannert School of Management, Director of Emerging Leaders Science Scholars Program and Provost Fellow for Diversity and Inclusion in the Office of the Provost at Purdue University. He has over 20 years of experience in operations management in the public sector. Over the past 10 years he has also worked with a variety of public and private agencies as a consultant delivering an array of human resources services including labor relations, conflict resolution, performance efficiency and effectiveness, executive coaching, and executive salary negotiations.
