Application Form
All teams participating in the preliminary round must submit a team application form to be eligible to compete. The application form will only be accepted via the Krannert HR Executive Conference & Case Competition web-email. Seven external teams will be shortlisted and informed of the decision on October 17th, 2014.
Please use the form below to apply for the competition. Information from all team members must be entered into a single form. Please do not attempt to fill out the form below until you have the information for all team members.
Be sure to reference the Team Composition section before applying. Participation in last year’s competition does not guarantee acceptance for the 2014 competition.
