     Angie joined the GE Aviation team in 2011 as the Global Learning Leader - Capability Development.  In this role, Angie is responsible for leading and designing the overall capability development strategy for GE Aviation.  In her efforts, Angie is focused on increasing technical capability through her partnerships with business leaders in the development of  robust competency models, integrated with strategic workforce planning efforts.  Angie is also responsible for identifying functional learning and development solutions to address forecasted talent gaps.

     Angie has over 12 years of learning & development and performance management experience.  Her professional focus is leading the strategy for learning and performance integration.  Angie is very passionate about how a workforce learns and adapts to change and how you transform theoretical ideas into practical and innovative learning solutions.  Angie also has a background in learning management and performance management system implementations.  Previously, Angie was with Marriott International, Inc. where she was Director, Talent Development and Learning.

     Angie has earned her Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
