Director, Employee Engagement
Bruce Parkinson joined Cummins Inc. in June 2010 as Director, Employee Engagement. He reports to the Executive Director of Talent Management and is responsible for global onboarding, voice of the employee surveys, employment branding, retention strategies, mentoring, and employment recognition. He led the development of the Cummins engagement model and the new engagement, exit and employee transfer surveys. Prior to joining Cummins, Bruce was the Talent Management Director for the $5B Delphi Electronics & Safety division of Delphi Corporation. He was responsible for all salaried personnel activities worldwide including: compensation, performance management, staffing, career development, expatriate administration, affirmative action, and mentoring.
Bruce graduated from the Purdue University Krannert School with a BS in Management and a MS in Industrial Relations.
