     Cheryl joined General Electric’s Human Resource Leadership Development program in 1996.   While working at Aviation, she has moved into increasingly responsible HR leadership roles in engineering, supply chain, services, commercial and organization & talent development.   In 2001, she was the Six Sigma Master Black Belt for Human Resources and then relocated to North Carolina to serve as the Wilmington HR Leader in the Supply Chain.  She also worked on the front end of the business serving as the HRM for four different P&L’s.  Prior to her present position, she had HR leadership responsibility for 8 manufacturing sites (3000 employees) in the US and UK.

     In her current role, Cheryl leads the performance management and talent development processes for Aviation.  Her team focuses on strategic workforce planning; capability and talent development; global talent acquisition; succession planning & pipeline and culture.  She also serves as the HR leader for the global Aviation HR team

     Cheryl attended the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse and graduated with a B.S. degree in psychology and minor in business in 1994.  She then obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Purdue University.
