Chuck NalonDivision President
Ed Miniat LLC
After graduating from Purdue with a communications degree in 1986, Chuck began his career in sales in the corrugate industry. However, he has spent the past 29 years with Ed Miniat LLC, a fifth generation, family-owned and operated food business in Chicagoland.
During his tenure at Ed Miniat, Chuck has held several leadership positions in sales, marketing, strategic planning, and new business development prior to becoming division president in 2015. Good communication and empathy are core tenets of his leadership style and have served him well when cultivating relationships with customers, family members, and food industry trade associations. As division president, Chuck has learned to bolster his leadership strengths through hands-on experience and observing fellow executives. In addition to his role as president, Chuck also serves on the Miniat board of directors.
Not only is Chuck a former Boilermaker, he is a recently-inducted member of the Varsity Glee Club Hall of Fame. While at Purdue he met his wife, Amy. They have four children and live in Wheaton, Illinois.
Ed Miniat LLC, located in South Holland, IL, produces custom, sous vide-cooked products used by multi-unit restaurant brands and global CPG companies.
