Genevieve (Gennie) Ball joined Skysis in 2018 as a Commercial Professional based in Carmel, Indiana. With over thirty years of new product development and launch experience, Gennie assists bio-pharmaceutical clients in the areas of commercial strategy, launch execution, market insights and brand management.

Previously to joining Skysis, Gennie was a Global Marketing Director for Eli Lilly and Company with responsibility for managing oncology products in early clinical development through patent expiry. Gennie has deep knowledge of the US, European, and emerging markets. The majority of her experience (and passion) is developing market strategies and launching new oncology products to bring new and better cancer treatments to patients around the globe.

Prior to Lilly, Gennie held several consumer marketing, buying and new product development roles in the retail eyecare industry with the Luxottica Group, where she was also instrumental in the successful start-up of the LensCrafters business.

Throughout her career, Gennie has worked to develop dozens of marketers located around the world via mentoring, internships, and as new hires.

Gennie earned her BS in Retail Management and her MS in Marketing from Purdue University. A mom to two grown children and a rescue dog, the native Chicagoan spends her free time riding her bike throughout central Indiana, volunteering at her church and cheering on her beloved Boilermakers and Chicago Cubs.
