Micah Vincent serves as the Director of the Indiana Office of Management and Budget. Under state law, this position serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the State of Indiana. Mr. Vincent was appointed to this position in June 2015 and was re-appointed by Governor Holcomb in January 2017. He previously served in other leadership positions in the administrations of then-Governor Daniels and then-Governor Pence.

Mr. Vincent received a bachelor’s degree from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and a law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Sports Corp, BioCrossroads, and AgriNovus.

The Indiana Office of Management and Budget was formed in 2005 by then-Governor Daniels to serve as an umbrella agency encompassing the financial functions of state government. The Office of Management and Budget is responsible for managing and coordinating ten state agencies and quasi-agencies with responsibilities including overseeing state expenditures, revenue collection, debt management, local government budget system, information technology services, use of big data, audit functions, and the State’s pension and retirement system.
