Amanda Teder

Head of Shopper Marketing
Procter & Gamble

Amanda is a mom of three delightful, small children, wife to a wonderful husband and daughter to two amazing parents. In addition to those important roles, she leads retailer marketing at P&G across brands and retailers transforming the marketing strategies through omni and ecommerce, personalization and performance marketing. Prior to this role, Amanda spent 5 years leading Oral-B starting on electric toothbrushes and then expanding her responsibilities to manual toothbrush and dental floss – collectively a billion-dollar business that she grew by $200 million. Amanda has held general management, marketing, innovation, and market research roles across Olay, Tide, and Pampers, as well, during her 18 years at P&G. Because she has seen the impact leadership has on developing a winning culture and breakthrough results, coaching and motivating teams is a passion area for her. She is in her third year of leading P&G’s company-wide gender diversity leadership development program to retain and advance senior women.

Prior to P&G, Amanda received her Bachelors of Science from Purdue University in 2001 and her Masters of Business Administration from University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2008. During her undergraduate experience at Purdue, Amanda was the Student Trustee, School of Management Council President, Iron Key Member and Flora Roberts Award winner.
