Kim Corbitt was a college athlete at the University of Maine where she received Bachelors of Science in Biological Engineering. After graduation, Kim served as a Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at the University of Maine. The next step of her journey was a Sales Representative at VWR International where she was able to connect science with business and maintain a role coaching high school basketball. Through coaching she realized that her passion was making anything and everything she interacted with better! She attended Purdue University- Krannert School of Management where she received a Masters of Business Administration with an Organizational Behavior focus while working as a graduate assistant with the Women's Basketball Team. Post-graduation Kim went to work for Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio in the Human Resources department. While at Procter and Gamble Kim held several roles including business, organizational and strategic support for the Finance, Customer Service, Research and Development and Product Supply Functions. In addition, she led the Diversity Recruiting team for HR, held roles in Global Leadership Development, Talent Management and Executive Coaching. As a Senior Manager at P&G Kim help responsibilities that included management of 5 global regions and over $15 Billion of divisional responsibilities in the company's largest sector, Baby Care, Feminine Care and Family Care. In 2016, the same year that she left P&G she started a non-Profit called Girls with GRIT focused on building confidence in girls through sports.

Currently Kim is the Chief Human Resources Officer for The Hillman Group and has global leadership responsibility for all Human Resource functions. In this role she leads safety, talent development processes, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and organizational culture development. Over the last 3 years the company has increased its diversity across all levels of the organization, improved its overall engagement scores, while acquiring and integrating four companies in the last two years. While the business has grown over 50% in revenue, they have also remained focused on its commitment to give back to our local communities spreading more money in donations each year.
