Customer Success Manager

Leeane Chen currently works in San Francisco as a Customer Success Manager for LinkedIn. She graduated from the Honors College and Krannert School of Management with a B.S. in Management & Marketing in May 2017 with the Certificate of Entrepreneurship and a minor in Spanish. While at Purdue, Leeane was the Director of Fine Arts for PSUB, ambassador for Women in Management, mentor for the Honors College and a Zumba instructor for GroupX. She spent two summers as a Teaching Assistant for Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies for Business & Entrepreneurship and studied abroad for a semester in Seville, Spain where she finished her Spanish minor and traveled throughout Europe. Throughout her junior and senior year, she was actively involved with Purdue business case competitions, which led to her desire to pursue consulting roles after graduation.

As part of Consulting by Degrees at IBM, Leeane enjoyed working on a variety of projects with Fortune 500 companies and traveling across the country to work with clients. Seeking a more hands-on role working directly with customers, she pivoted to LinkedIn last year where she currently works with small and medium businesses to drive retention and upsell opportunities with LinkedIn Learning. One of her favorite aspects of the role is being part of a larger mission to make learning more accessible and upskilling professionals worldwide.

Aside from work, Leeane is a fitness instructor for POUND Fitness and enjoys exploring the Bay Area with friends. As far as future endeavors, she strives to positively impact the lives of others and travel the world to explore different ways of life.
