Lynsey Wherry is Vice President, Human Resources at General Mills where she has provided strategic leadership for more than 20 years. Wherry has served in a variety of leadership capacities at General Mills including roles as HR Business Partner, COE leader and most notably, leading a significant HR Transformation effort. Whether it is her various roles in manufacturing facilities, supporting business segments (Convenience and Foodservice, International), or commercial businesses (Pillsbury, Meals), Lynsey enjoys translating business strategies into an innovative HR agenda.
Prior to joining General Mills, Lynsey attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She also earned her master’s degree in Human Resources from Purdue University.
