The 3rd Dismantling Bias Conference will be held at the Krannert School of Management of Purdue University from March 22-24, 2022. The conference theme is Shifting DEI Paradigms for Workplaces of the Future: Research to Practice. The mission of the conference is to advance knowledge that bridges theory and practice of evidence-based policies that promote equity for women and people of color in organizations.
