Randall Lewis

Randall Lewis

Executive Director

Prior to joining KPDC, Randall spent 25 years with corporations such as GE, Wells Fargo, and WellPoint where he held various finance and operations roles, including: Chief Financial Officer of Consumer Finance, Managing Director of Corporate Development (M&A), Executive Vice President and Chief Auditor, and Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer.

Jessica Chapman

Jessica Chapman

Assistant Director of Undergraduate & Alumni Services

Jessica has over 8 years of career development experience in higher education. She provides personalized internship and career counseling for students, serves as an advisor for the School of Management Employers Forum, teaches a professional career management course, and works with alumni and employers to organize student career engagement events

Wendy Dukes

Wendy Dukes

Director of Corporate Stewardship & Alumni Engagement

Wendy is a former marketer, having held brand management positions with Kraft Heinz, Hanesbrands, and Burt's Bees. Later in her career, Wendy transitioned to higher education and focused on assisting students develop their personal brand and career strategy at UNC-Chapel Hill and at Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT). Wendy is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Jennifer Highland

Jennifer Highland

Administrative Assistant

Jennifer began her career with Purdue in the College of Health and Human Sciences as the Student Services Secretary in the summer of 2011. Jennifer has worked with a variety of student organizations and has planned events ranging from new student welcomes to graduation receptions and career fairs. Jennifer is a graduate of the Purdue University ACE Program.

Gene Ivnik

Gene has a background in engineering and functional expertise in operations, sales and marketing, strategy, and profit and loss management. He came to the Krannert Professional Development Center after working as the President of a $170 million organization in a consumer product industry. Gene’s primary role is coaching students in the areas of career search strategy and leadership development.

Min Li

Min Li

Assistant Director, International Employer Relations & Brand Development

Min is originally from Yunnan Province, China. While pursuing her MSHRM degree, she interned with KPDC and increased the number of relationships with top Chinese companies and alumni. Prior to attending Purdue, Min worked for four years as a Generalist with China Southern Power Grid, a Fortune 500 company. Min’s core focus is on international employer relations which compliments her passion to develop students as future industry achievers and leaders.

Brooke Ambre Linn

Brooke Ambre Linn

Associate Director of Undergraduate & Alumni Services

Brooke has worked as a student services professional and educator for over 12 years. She focuses primarily on professional development, with an emphasis on career exploration and self-awareness exercises. In addition to teaching the professional career management course, Brooke is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.

Chris Luebbe

Chris Luebbe

Associate Director, Career Counseling

Chris began his career working in the blood banking industry for the American Red Cross, focusing on employee hiring and training. He has been with the Krannert Professional Development Center since May 2009 and specializes in resume review, statistical reporting and employer recruiting.

Claudine Meilink

Claudine Meilink

Associate Director, Corporate Outreach

Originally from the state of Ohio, Claudine has worked in the public sector as a Case Manager and Program Administrator with Lucas County Job & Family Services. After graduate school, Claudine accepted a position with Purdue University’s Center for Career Opportunities (CCO). She joined the KPDC team in July 2014.

Erik Props

Erik Props

Associate Director, Undergraduate & Alumni Careers (Corporate Development)

Erik is an experienced professional with 20 years in student services at Purdue. He markets career services, events and opportunities to students, alumni and employers; establishes and cultivates relationships with employers; coordinates the School of Management fall and spring career fairs; manages on-campus job postings and recruitment activities and tracks and analyzes all student and employer data.

Advisors-In-Residence

Pris Gerde

Pris has a bachelor's degree from Purdue, and is an experienced manager and advisor. She spent nearly 38 years in the pharmaceutical industry with career responsibilities ranging from communications and corporate social responsibility to relief sales roles. Her final 18 years in the industry were spent in Human Resources, with responsibility for employee benefits administration for the company’s $300 Million health plan. Specialties: Career counseling, job search strategies, resume writing and correspondence and interview skills acquisition.

Susan Niemczyk

Sue is a seasoned executive and former vice president with expertise in operations management, team building, personnel development, and strategic planning. She has worked with several global corporations such as Stouffers, Marriott and Sodexo and has industry experience in the fields of healthcare, education, and contract management. Sue is also a former Purdue University instructor. Currently, she works with both the graduate and undergraduate leadership programs and loves coaching tomorrow’s women business leaders!

Alan Studzinski

Alan is an experienced senior executive who spent over 40 years managing operations in the hospitality industry. His past responsibilities have included operational management, supply chain management, strategic planning, and customer relationship development. Alan has worked with some of the largest hospitality companies in the industry, including Marriott Corporation and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. Alan has a Culinary Arts degree and an associate’s degree in Food Service Management from Oakland University.
