Purdue MBA Deferred Admit Program

Purdue MBA Deferred Admitted students will enter into the Purdue MBA program two years after their undergraduate studies. After graduation from Purdue, a Purdue Deferred MBA students will spend two years working in a Purdue MBA approved full-time position.  This professional experience will provide leadership and responsibility.  Positions must be approved by September 1, 2016. Students will formally apply to the Purdue MBA program the fall before entering the program by November 1st, 2016.  Until then, their admissions will be recommended by the Krannert MBA and Master's Programs Office.

All Purdue undergraduates are encouraged to apply that have strong leadership ability and internship experience.  Purdue undergraduates with science, technology, engineering and math backgrounds are desired.  Graduate students who have not held full-time positions and went directly from their undergraduate studies to a graduate program will also be considered.

A GMAT or GRE equivalent score of 600 is required to continue in the program. Students who are admitted to the program will be considered for a one-year graduate assistantship.  A graduate assistantship waives your tuition and provides a stipend of $750 for 10 months during the academic year in exchange for working 10 hours per week on campus during the academic year.  A one year graduate assistant can apply to be awarded a second year award.  Awards are based on performance during the first year graduate assistantship.  Students must submit a GMAT or GRE score by July 1, 2017.
