Students score high marks in competitions

Wednesday, October 28, 2015

Two Krannert students recently showed their problem-solving skills at external competitions.

MBA student Kewa “Jeffrey” Mei was part of the winning team at the Teradata University Network’s Business Analytics Challenge. The team’s challenge was to analyze online comments about hotels and the relationship of those comments to hotel occupancy rates.

Undergraduate student Rachel Crouch was part of the third-place team at the SAP DemoJAM, a smartphone application developer competition. Rachel was the only undergraduate student competing, and her team developed an app that helps parents track what their kids eat.

Congratulations to Jeffrey and Rachel for their excellent representation of the Krannert School!
