Ei Sandi Nwe is a Ph.D. candidate at Strategic Management department of Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate strategy. She introduces the relational view to existing CSR research and studies means through which CSR initiatives can be integrated into mainstream business strategy. Her central thesis is that firms can strategically manage and leverage on their relational capital through CSR initiatives to gain and sustain competitive advantage.
