Course Descriptions

The Business Case for LGBTQ Inclusion - MGMT 390

This course explores concepts of “applied inclusion” with a focus on the international business case for LGBTQ. Through engaging conversations with leaders in a variety of fields, we will explore how a well-managed and diverse workforce reduces costs and generates profits while also encouraging business owners to develop more inclusive practices, polices, and recruitment efforts. Participants will understand that a diverse and open workforce increases creativity, innovation, and fosters the development of new ideas while also having direct impacts on supporting employees, improving overall health and job satisfaction, and encouraging brand and company loyalty.
