Human Resource Management - MGMT 44428
This course introduces modern Human Resource Management policies and practices. Topics focus on the nature of Italian managerial work in recruiting, performance measurement and feedback, compensation, and employee benefits. It also focuses on the roles that individuals must play as managers responsible for these systems.
