Course Description
Management Accounting - MGMT 20100
This course provides an introduction to management's internal use of accounting information--for decision making, production management, product costing, motivating and evaluating performance, and budgeting. Some learning outcomes will be: an understanding of how accounting information is used to make decisions for the firm, improving its operational efficiency and increasing its profits; an understanding of how accounting information can be used to evaluate the performance of managers at all levels of an international organization.
