Gender and Diversity in the Workplace: An International view - MGMT 39000
This course is designed to increase your understanding of gender, diversity and inclusion in the workplace from an international perspective. The course will introduce and explain the various ways organizations can and do manage gender and diversity and inclusion within and across employing organizations and cultures. You will examine how workforce characteristics, organizations and leadership, and societal cultures and institutional practices determine gender dynamics and equality outcomes in employment and society. Half-day lectures, interactive exercises, and cases on gender and diversity in the workplace as well as visits with businesses and government policy leaders are included in the program.
