After being mentored by Dr. Cornell A. Bell, alumni and entrepreneur Roland Parrish extended his philanthropy to Purdue through donations to Purdue athletics, the Daniels School of Business and a scholarship in memory of Bell. His $2 million donation facilitated renovations of the former Management and Economics library, now the state-of-the-art Roland Parrish Library located on the 2nd floor of the Krannert Building.

International Student Experience - With 25-30 different countries represented, Purdue University is annually ranked among the top institutions for international student enrollment among U.S. public institutions and is a top STEM university for international students.
Founded in April 1968, the Business Opportunity Program (BOP) broadens student access to a world-class business education. A first for most business schools the BOP hired Cornell A. Bell to run the program. Under his leadership, BOP developed into a nationally recognized program that recruits, enrolls, educates, and provides support for both undergraduate and graduate students pursuing business careers and has supported more than 1,400 undergraduate and graduate students.
