Students participating in the program - Experiencing Leadership: A Transformational Journey from GettysburgThe Krannert School of Management offers a wide variety of programs and classes on campus, but students can learn firsthand experiences internationally and through Experiential Learning (EL).

Adding an international component to your education is becoming more of a necessity in today’s increasingly global society. The Krannert School of Management offers more than 100 approved study abroad programs, including short term, semester length and year-long opportunities. Nearly 100 percent of the approved programs offer courses in English.

In addition to the classroom environment, students learn local customs and explore new interests. By deepening your intellectual and personal maturity, it will change the way you look at the world.

Debuting in 2009, ELI features domestic and international opportunities for teams of second year management students to undertake semester long consulting projects. ELI helps students to integrate and apply new course knowledge, while refining team-based problem solving skills.

A valuable benefit of ELI is giving students an opportunity to work closely with business professionals and interact with real clients to prepare for a future in business. Recruiters have shown great interest in the project experiences during job interviews.
