Career Services

When you enroll in an online master’s program at the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business, dedicated career development professionals will guide you as you take your next giant leap.

The business school's career services office aims to develop career-ready students through coaching, training, and connections with alumni and target employers. Because the majority of our online students are working professionals, we build professional development plans that meet our students where they are in the careers, with the goal of getting them where they want to go.

“We create an equitable experience for our online students, and coach students through how to negotiate and network in a virtual world. We can teach how to automate your networking, so you’re networking when you’re not networking.”

De’Neatria Robinson - Associate Director, Career Development, Online Programs
